What Does an Exercise Physiologist Do?
An Accredited Exercise Physiologist is an allied health professional who specialises in the use of exercise for prevention, treatment and management of a wide range of conditions.
Unlike personal trainers, AEPs are university-qualified, Medicare-recognised, and trained to support people with complex health needs.
Our exercise physiology team can support you with:
Persistent pain
Disability and neurological conditions
Injury rehabilitation
Mental health and mood disorders
Chronic fatigue or post-viral fatigue (including Long COVID)
Diabetes, cardiovascular and respiratory conditions
Osteoporosis and osteoarthritis
Cancer recovery and prehab
Falls prevention and balance training
Weight management and metabolic health
Who We Work With
