FAQs

  • A referral is not a requirement; however if you have a chronic health condition you may be eligible for a Medicare care plan depending on your GP’s discretion and other allied health services you are accessing.

  • If you have been recently diagnosed with a chronic health condition it is likely you have some recent blood tests, diagnostic testing or medical reports.

It will be beneficial for you to bring these along to your first appointment so we can understand your health journey to date.

  • If dietetics is part of your cover, then we can process the rebate on the spot at your appointment.

  • This isn’t necessary; we spend the time in the initial appointment to discuss your eating habits and general day-to-day variabilities.

Although if you would find this useful to remember your intake then please bring it along!
